The New Audi A1

Audi introduce supberb little green machine with the Audi A1

It's a surprising model from Audi but the A1 is a smart move and goes into competition with the ever popular Mini. But what grabs our attention is the green credentials of the Audi A1.
It's start-stop technology advances eco friendly statics by cleverly turning off the engine when you're not moving and out of gear, hence reducing CO2 emissions.

The preliminary CO2 emissions put the 1.6 TDI 105PS engine at the top of out list with just 102 g/km but even the 1.4 TFSI 122PS petrol engine has a decent CO2 emissions of just 126 g/km. We look forward to seeing this eco friendly vehicle in action.

It's a funny looking vehicle, kinda like a squashed up Audi TT with a bit of Smart car styling built in. Good to hear Audi are now introducing a smaller car into their range.

I love the new A1, it's about time Audi created a fun little car! The whole Audi range is stunning but unfortunately they cost a small fortune. Is Audi going to introduce the A1 with a reasonable price tag?

Charlotte, I believe the A1 will cost about £13,000 which isn't too bad considering it's an Audi! The Mini's entry price is about £11,000 and is seen as direct competition so the questions will be, is it worth paying £2000 for the Audi brand and is the Audi build quality mcuh superior to the Mini's?

The Audi A1 starts at £13,400 so yes a little higher in price than it's rivals but it worth it. The Audi build is far superior than other manufatures in my opinion.
